Our Collins skirt is a scalloped skirt with a light green pattern on the face featuring a green micro-pom edge and green silky ties.
All full sized skirts are 52″ diameter. With 3 ties down the back seam. This skirt is triple layered and made of a cotton canvas fabric top layer with a soft-core interlining and smooth base lining. This skirt is not reversible.
