Custom Scalloped Skirt for Theresa Shofner

This skirt has a scalloped and be 51-52″ diameter. The skirt will feature a lavender micro pom trim, with 3 lavender ties down the back seam. The skirt top layer fabric is to be provided by the customer, with The Skirted Tree’s soft-core interlining and lavender buffalo check base layer.
